Conneting with Teenagers & Adolescents
Iris also works with teenagers and adolescents who are at a pivotal time and place in their development. While this is an exciting time in their development it an also be tricky and complicated. Early assistance is essential so that people in this age group can development good coping strategies to life's stressors and challenges as well as good help seeking behaviours. Promoting good mental health across all age groups.

Sara is a child health and development specialist, with extensive experience working in the maternal and child health sector. She works as a consultant to childcare centres and other similar service providers, helping them to understand child development across the life-span. She works with families to help their children who are having difficulty reaching developmental milestones.
She has recently completed a 2 year stint in multiple indigenous communities in Western Australia. More recently she has been working in Tasmania. She brings a trauma informed lens to her work when working with families and children
